We thank you for expressing interest in 'A Salute to Her Majesty'

Here are our Terms and Conditions:

1. We agree in return for a 5 payment to enter a name in the commemorative Diamond Jubilee book to be presented to Her Majesty The Queen, and the duplicate copy that will be displayed in XH558's Hangar home from late 2012.

2. We agree in return for a 10 payment to enter the specified name, together with a short message in both editions as described above.

3. If the option is selected, we will also add the name (and message if applicable) to the 'Salute' web site.

4. You agree by contributing to the 'Salute' that we reserve the right to edit or amend any name or message deemed to be unsuitable for public display.

5. Online payments are processed through a secure service using Roman Cart, a recognised provider of payment services and payment must be received in full to enable a listing to qualify for inclusion.

6. Since all entries are verified for content and suitability, there will be a time lapse between your submission and the time your name and message (if applicable and chosen) will be displayed on the 'Salute' web site. (Please allow up to 30 working days).

7. Funds raised by the Vulcan to the Sky Trust's ("the Trust's") Diamond Jubilee Salute to Her Majesty campaign will be utilised for the conservation, exhibition, maintenance and operation of Avro Vulcan XH558, and for the delivery of the Vulcan to the Sky Trust's educational objectives.

8. Participation of Vulcan XH558 during events and displays in 2012 is conditional on several factors, including aircraft serviceability, weather conditions and funding availability.

9. If for any reason, Vulcan XH558 is permanently grounded prior to the start of the 2012 British Flying Display Season (April 2012), any funds remaining will be utilised in the delivery of the Trust's educational objectives and in the conservation and exhibition of Vulcan XH558 and other heritage aircraft of the 20th Century, in line with the Trust's charitable objects.

10. In any event, the book recording the names of all those who have supported the Diamond Jubilee Salute to Her Majesty campaign will be flown during the Diamond Jubilee weekend and will be presented to Her Majesty The Queen after the end of the 2012 British Flying Display season (after October 2012).
